Parking garages: M-F 8:30a-6:30pm. They are FREE after 6:30pm and on the weekends.
The meters are M-F 8:00a-5:00pm and downtown area Saturday 9:00a-3:00p.
The meters take the app as well as quarters, nickels and dimes. If meter is not accepting coins, people must use mobile app or move vehicle to another spot.
